Mission and NG Art Gallery’s unique function spaces are available for private functions for up to 150 people and provide the idea atmosphere for your Sydney function venue.
Whether it is a sit down boardroom lunch upstairs in the gallery or a business conference needing the privacy of an intimate space, a celebration, a birthday party, cocktail party, team building art workshops, engagement or wedding we are happy to accommodate all your needs.

NG Art Gallery is also available for conferences, product launches,
photo shoots or corporate functions that require a venue only.
Our half day rate (4 hours) is $500 including GST.

Enjoy a glass of wine, cocktail or beer with canapes upstairs at NG Art Gallery, followed by dinner & dessert downstairs at Mission.
Live music is welcomed and we have a built in sound system, projector and audio equipment.
Everything you need for the perfect function venue. We also have a list of accomplished musicians we recommend and we even know a wedding celebrant or two!
Our exhibiting artists are often asked to give informative artist talks at functions and events.
So, whatever you require, we are very happy to discuss and accommodate all your needs.

FUNCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your function.
Entire function venue hire is a minimum of $3000.
NG Art Gallery and Mission remain open to the public unless the entire venue
has been hired.
Any damage to artwork or property must be paid in full.
Mission and NG Art is a fully licensed venue.
BYO cake/dessert is $2 per person.
Please note that an 8% service charge will apply to all functions on groups of 15 or more.
All sit down events in the NG Art Gallery will incur a surcharge/rental fee of $200.
Functions are available on Sunday and Monday for an additional
fee of $2000.
For seating beyond 45 persons, additional chairs and linen required will be charged out to the customer.
Use of the projector will incur a fee of $100 (GST inclusive).
Any extra equipment required may incur further charges.
